- All prices are quoted in U.S Currency
- Rates are based on a 2-person occupancy. A charge of
$100.00 per week shall apply for each additional person
- Prices do not include service taxes – 12%
- Each additional consecutive week booked by the same party
shall be discounted by 10% to a maximum discount of 30%
- Rent a minimum of 2 consecutive months and receive a
50% Discount from posted rates
- A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance
shall be paid in cash or money order upon arrival
